An Airbag for Your Head

I love this!! It’s an airbag for your head made specifically for cyclists. The airbag is deployed when sensors are triggered from weird movements on your bike based on g-forces and other physics related things that I’m sadly ignorant about. Otherwise the airbag stays inside the collar and acts as neck warmer.

Sadly, after a quick conversion check on Google this cool Swedish product is approximately $600 Cdn. And seeing that the Hövding can only be used once per airbag deployment, it’s kind of expensive.

Still, pretty amazing isn’t it?
