Making my own Bike Lane

Despite the ominous weather I participated in Denise’s art project, Danforth Bike Line on Sunday.

When I arrived at the meetup location, I felt like royalty with volunteers and the artist herself prepping my bike to draw a liquid chalk line while I biked along Danforth Ave.

It was so fun to ride back where I already rode to see my liquid chalk trail. If only real bike lanes were this easy to create!

You can participate anytime by picking up a bottle of liquid chalk at the Danforth Mosaic BIA office (692 Coxwell Ave). Otherwise you have one last chance to participate with other people, this Sunday, June 10th at 1pm. … that is if you aren’t coming out the Cupcake Ride!
